HIGH ON LOVE is a group breathwork + self-love experience using conscious connected breathing to calm your nervous system, quiet the noise in your head, and bring you back to you. Set to euphoric music, this is a space to let it go, without needing to say a word.
You’ll leave lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself than you ever have before.
When the breathing ends, the evening continues, with fireside reflection, connection, and tasty treats. A chance to ground yourself and feel supported before stepping back into the real world.
